Return Policy – Lenticraft™
At Lenticraft™, we want you to love your lenticular phone case as much as we do.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions by email. Please do not send items back without confirmation, as returns sent to the wrong address may not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or custom designs made on request
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at lenticraftstore@gmail.com, and we’ll send you the return instructions and the shipping address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item.
We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Then contact your bank.

Shipping Returns
After your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with the return shipping address.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.
If the item being returned is worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send you a gift certificate via email.
If the gift wasn’t marked as such, or the person who gifted it had it shipped to themselves first, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
